​After travelling the world using Airbnb, Carly and Ben could quickly tell which properties were professionally hosted and which were not. The hosted properties were warm and inviting, clean and well stocked without being cluttered or cramped. They left a happy feeling which Carly and Ben always awarded with positive reviews.

With these happy hosting experiences in hand coupled with Carly's ten years experience as a residential property manager it felt right to start offering hosting services in their home town of Newcastle NSW.  That was all back in 2017, The Hostess has been offering co-hosting services ever since. 

Carly is a licensed real estate agent and The Hostess is fully insured to manage short term rental properties on your behalf.
